• Last 6 Months bank statement (Salaried Individuals)
• Last 3 Year profit/loss & balance sheet (Self Employed – Professionals/Businessmen)
• Last 3 years income tax returns (Self Employed – Professionals/Businessmen
LIST OF DOCUMENTS - IDENTITY & ADDRESS -FOR INDIVIDUALS (KYC Documents)
1. Passport, the validity of which has not expired.
2. Driving license which has not expired.
3. PAN Card
4. Election /Voters identification card
5. Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by the officer of the State Government
6. Aadhaar Card/ Aadhaar letter issued by UIDAI / E-Aadhaar Letter
7. Identity card with applicant's photograph issued by Central/State Government Departments, Statutory/Regulatory Authorities, Public Sector Undertakings, Scheduled Commercial Banks, and Public Financial Institutions
8. Letter issued by a gazetted officer with a duly attested photograph of the person/Applicant.In case of Defence Personnel (Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Border Security Force, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Central Industrial Security Force and Sashastra Seema Bal) - Letter from Commanding Officer along with Canteen Card
9. Utility bill which is not more than 2 months old of any service provider (electricity, telephone/Internet, postpaid mobile phone, piped gas/ LPG book with latest receipt, water bill)
10. Latest Property or Municipal Tax Receipt
11.Bank Account/ Post Office Saving Bank Account Statement/ Passbook , not more than 3 months old
12. Pension or Family Pension payment orders (PPOs) issued to retired employees by Government Departments or Public Sector Undertakings, if they contain the address
13. Letter of Allotment of accommodation from employer issued by State or Central Government departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, public sector undertakings, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions and listed companies
14. Leave and License Agreement with employers like State or Central Government departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, public sector undertakings, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions and listed companies, allotting official accommodation
